Cancelation Policy

Please try and give at least 48 hours for any rescheduling/cancelations, especially for colour spots. Otherwise it is extremely difficult to fill the spot resulting in a loss of income and options for other clients waiting to get in.

I do not charge a cancelation fee because I understand life happens, but multiple cancelations within a 24 hour window can result in being prevented from prebooking.

Masks

Masks are not mandatory, but I understand you might be more comfortable wearing one or having me wear one. I am more than happy to supply you with one or wear one myself for your appointment, just let me know! No questions asked.

 
 
 

No shows

Not showing up to an appointment reserved for you is not kind to me or to other clients that would have liked to book in. No shows without any return of communication will not be booked back in as a client.

 

redos/adjustments

If anything is not feeling like it hit the mark, please feel free to let me know within one week of your service, and I am happy to accommodate an adjustment. Please note this does not apply to a change in direction from original appointment.
